This is today's question.

  • Have you ever wanted to be an actor?
  • If so, why didn't you pursue it?
  • Was there something that held you back?
  • Did you have a predetermined idea of what they'd be looking for?
  • Do you feel you aren't photogenic?
  • Did someone tell you that you couldn't act?

For this question you can answer these questions documenting what it was that stopped you from becoming an actor. It might end up being a very uplifting story to someone else in your family that has aspirations of acting but something is holding them back. You just never know who you might inspire to go for their dream even if you didn't.

This one again doesn't apply to me as I never thought of acting at all. I was more of a crafty kid and less of a dramatic one. Although I tend to think of myself as being pretty funny. I'm not quick witted but can come up with some pretty funny stuff.

Today I'm featuring the following item from my web site. This is the Teenager's First Family Tree Workbook. It explains to them the relationships of their family members while the art and colors are less childish than the Baby's First Family Tree workbook. This is a great way to bond with your teenager, spending time with them helping them find the information for their book. If you wanted a way to relate (pun intended) to your teenager this might be the bridge that spans that generational gap. It can be personalized with their name on the front and spine.
